Choco chip “brownie” bites with whipped cream, carmel, & chocolate syrup. Served with lambic, as is often the case when I want to get my intoxicati’on.
Insideout grilled cheese.
Inside out poppyseed kaiser roll buttered and topped with rosemary, thyme and sage grilled with smoked cheddar, aged/smoked Swiss, facon, and red bellpepper. Served with roasted garlic and herb potatoes
Hangover French Toast with a rag tag team of fruit flambé.
